I really love the expressions on both of their faces. The exposure is beautiful! A beautiful bride!

That's one PROUD daddy and it almost as if that bride is floating down the aisle! Love that you were able to catch the true emotion of that moment.

A special moment between father and daughter. In the father's face you can see how proud he is of his little girl as she enters a whole new stage in her life. The Bride is just glowing with happiness and love

That she looks so beauitiful and that daddys lil girl will be married today . There is no other care in the world and that she is the only thing that matters .

I love their expressions...She is looking at her father as if she is still a little girl...and he looks so proud of Daddy's little girl. I also love how she looks so "glowing" in this picture...lovely shot.

Love that you captured such a sentimental moment between father and daughter - they both look so happy!!

I love that they look like they are sharing a private joke. Stacy always seems to be there right as you exchange a moment...and catches the twinkle in your eye, the laugh just starting at your mouth. These two are all alone in the world...for one last moment before he gives her away. I love it!

She will always be Daddys little girl , priceless

She is beaming and it shows in the picture. He seems to be holding back his tears by holding onto her a little longer. The emotion is so deep and true, so powerful and so strong between father and daughter. It means so much to a girl to have her "idol" walk her to a new chapter in her life. One last guidance, one last moment, one last cry but it will never be goodbye. So beautiful.

She is thinking that she made her father the proudest father and he's thinking she's not my little girl no more!!

I really like the greenery in the bottome right corner, how it frames the bride...and the expressions on both faces, what a great moment to capture

I love that you can feel the movement of the moment. It's so wonderful that this bride has this photo because walking down the isle seems to last 2 seconds rather than the few minutes it actually takes. Lovely photo.

The moment was truly captured here. You have a talent for doing this! :)

This pictures depicts the love between a father and his daughter. I wish I had this chance on my wedding this past year, but I know in my heart that my daddy would have had almost the same expression as this father did. :)

I really wish that was me and my dad, its like you said Stacy a story behind every photo and this one is telling it. I love the relationship my dad and I have and this is absolutly a memory to cherish for this bride and her dad! Love it Stacy!

you managed to capture a plethora of emotions in this one shot... happiness, pride, and even wistfulness as the father acknowledges there is a new important man in his daughter's life... it's so lovely.

I absolutely love the expressions on both the father and daughters face's, it's like a new beginning for both. Giving of a daughter to a new son in law. I love how everyone else is phased out and the focus is only on them. truly beautiful!

A proud, beaming father and an equally proud daddy's girl. LOVE IT!

You can see how happy her Father is to walk her down the aisle. A moment they share together before he gives her away. Speacial.

I love the expression on their faces. How the church interior is faded in the background and the proud expression on the father mirrors the beaming expression on the daughter. What a nice bond shared between them.

STACE- I remember this photo and I love it! It makes me sad though because it makes me think of my dad and how he wasn't there to give me away. But....it's a really great picture!!!!

Marsha Smith-Bisson said...

It is the look - the daughter looks happy, yet a touch of sadness. Same with the dad, he looks very proud, but you can see a bit of sadness. Not sadness about the joyous day - just that it marks the end of that chapter of her only being daddy's little girl. He has to give her away now.

I love that she looks so calm and happy and that her Dad looks so approving and proud....
