Allison & Landon, She Said Yes!

Meet one of my amazing 2013 couples! I can't wait to capture their big day next summer :) We had a blast last week capturing these photos and I anticipate the wedding day will be just as much fun!

   

Kristen & Phil, She Said Yes!

Occasionally, clients will book me either online or over the phone without actually meeting with me in person first. It happens quite often with regular sessions but for weddings, it's few and far between.

Kristen contacted me a few months back via email and told me that I was "just the photographer" her and Phil were looking for...how nice is that?? To know that someone sees my work via facebook and just knows they have to have me work for them is a HUGE compliment!

Fast forward to today, I finally got the chance to meet Kristen & Phil and I have to say, I really think it was meant to be. We had a blast at 2 different locations for their engagement shoot, talking away, shooting, and getting to know each other all at the same time. We realized before long that we have many mutual friends and that we all grew up in the same city. The whole shoot felt very relaxed and comfortable for me and by looking at the pics now, I'm pretty sure they felt the same way.

I'm really looking forward to their big day next year and in the meantime, here's some sneaks from their shoot just a few hours ago!

Another beautiful night, another beautiful couple (and their sweet pup Charlee).

We headed down to Port Dalhousie the other night for this session and as usual lately, it was a perfect night to be out there. Port is one of my favourite places to shoot because not only is it pretty, there's so many different locations to use in this area!

Lauren & Andrew will be married next spring and I can't wait for their big day!

 

Peter & Dalia, she said yes! ~ Niagara engagement photographer

I wasn't sure if today's engagement session was going to happen today as the weather wasn't looking so great....we went back and forth all day as to whether or not we would give it a shot and finally decided that we would. I'm SO glad we did!

Pete & Dalia took me out to a place I'd never been before. I LOVE when my couples put a lot of thought into location for their engagement shoot, especially when the location helps to "tell their story".

This sweet couple love to cook together and weren't shy about the fact that they like their wine too ;) Check out some of the shots we got this evening:

   

Heather & Darcy, Engaged ~ Niagara Falls Engagement Photographer

Heather & Darcy came for a little weekend getaway to Niagara Falls this weekend to meet up with me for their engagement shoot. Their wedding is coming up this July and today was a great day to get to know them a little better and get some shots of them being "them". I adore the way Heather smiles when Darcy is near and I'm looking forward to sharing in their big day!
